How does Vexels work?

Thanks for using Vexels.

It’s important that you know what you can and can’t do within our site and designs. Keep in mind that this only applies to graphics designed by LogoOpenStock, VectorOpenStock, and Vexels. For designs made by third parties, you can contact them directly.

What is Vexels?

Vexels is the design stock where everyone can find tons of ready-made graphic resources for every purpose. Also, there are some amazing tools to customize and create your designs online. Like the T-shirt maker, the Mockup Generator, or the Logo Maker.

What are the Design and Merch Filters?

They are ways we have to prioritize the best results for your user experience. When you choose Design, the search results will prioritize Graphic Resources meant for Professional Design purposes; when you select the Merch experience, your searches will yield results focused on Print-ready products to use on products, like T-shirts and phone cases. For subscribers, switching experiences doesn’t affect their Account progress, like downloads, licenses, and payment plans.

Can I sell products like T-shirts with your designs?

Yes! You can do that with a Merch subscription, which gives access to Print-ready designs to sell on Print-on-demand platforms and also unlocks powerful online tools to create your own designs. Merch Products and Tools are not available for Design subscriptions.

Can I use your designs as is?

Yes, you may use our designs as is without altering them, and you can also edit them as you please since our download files contain editable .AI files.

What do you mean by 'Design Requests'?

Design Requests are an exclusive feature for Vexels subscribers, enabling them to make a design request for an original idea or design that isn’t in the Library and fits our Creative criteria. Check our Blog post about Design Requests for more information.

Can I submit my artwork to sell on your platform?

No, we only feature original Vexels graphics in our website, made 100% in-house.

I use Affinity Designer, can I use your Designs?

Designs produced since October 2020 have been optimized to be compatible with Affinity Designer; download files contain a PDF file which can be used on Affinity Designer.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within the first 15 days of your purchase, and if you have also downloaded 30 or less resources, you are entitled to a full refund on your subscription.
